Little ones are encouraged to try this short 1/2 day of camp (with or without parents or guardians) to dip their toes in the world of science and nature camp. We’ll play games, make crafts, sing songs, and more. There will be a story and snack time as well. Pollywogs will meet our resident turtles, go seining, learn about animals and plants and more!

Camp Discovery

Campers will discover the wonders of nature using the many trails, wetlands and meadows at SERC. They will try their hand at crabbing, seining for fish as well as meeting live animals. Games, arts and crafts and hands-on activities will be used to help teach campers to be good stewards of the land and the Chesapeake Bay.
