Announcing Summer Camp 2012 Schedule and Pricing.

Summer camp participants holding a blue crabIn June, July, and August, kids entering grades 1 through 11 can enjoy a week of learning and discovery at the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center. As environmental explore, kids hike and canoe along the shores of the Rhode River, collect and investigate plankton, go fishing, catch and study blue crabs, and learn what's inside an oyster bar community. With the many hands-on science activities, crafts and games, this is a unique opportunity to investigate local ecosystems.
WARNING: You may get muddy!

Online registration will begin with the release of the SERC Camp 2012 Flier on early February 1st. Check back to register for camp.
