year round, except national holidays.

PLEASE CHECK IN: 
For information, safety, and security reasons, all visitors are asked to check in at the Reed Education Center.

We also ask that you leave your pets at home because we are an active research facility and an environmental protection site: Pet Policy

You may also launch your own non-motorized craft (canoe or kayak) at our dock and explore our canoe and kayak trail on your own during public hours.

Sign in at the Reed Education Center. A $5 donation is requested. To offload, pull boats around to boat ramp and park in main parking area after offloading. Find out more.
