The Marine Invasions Research Lab has a research staff of approximately 25 fulltime biologists, 2 postdocs, 3 graduate students and 10 undergraduate interns. Since it's inception 10 years ago, the laboratory has been a training ground for roughly 35 technicians, 4 graduate students, 8 postdoctoral researchers, and 40 undergraduate summer interns. Many participants in this program have gone on to graduate training, as well as academic or government careers, throughout the U.S. (Alabama, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Washington and Washington D.C.) and Australia.
