Ceratium schoreteri

This is a rare warm-water dinoflagellate. Found in the Mediterranean Sea, Pacific Ocean, the Caribbean Sea and adjacent waters of the tropical Atlantic Ocean. This particular specimen came from the eastern side of the Bay of Bengal near the Adaman Islands.
