Microstella rosea

This is a nauplius stage of a planktonic harpacticoid copepod. It is the predominant copepod species in the tropics. They are primarily benthic.It is similar to another harpacticoid M. norvegica. It is discussed in the Journal of Plankton Research, vol. 24, issue 2.
