Gonyaulux verior syn Amylax dicantha, Gonyaulax dicantha, Gonyaulux tricantha

This cosmopolitan species can be found in brackish water as well as temperate to tropical waters. Size ranges 40-56µ long and about 24µ wide. The thecal plates appear thin with reticulations and ridges. See Horner in Taxonomic References.
